The Regional Centre organizes counseling sessions to the students and provides all the necessary information about the activities and programmes of the University, and of course student support services like notification regarding admissions, examinations, pre admission counseling, counseling, attending students’ problems and queries. Also conducts examination through various Examination Centre identified for the purpose. The Regional Centre also has a reference library with a small collection of subject specific reference titles. It also keeps for reference question papers of previous years. The Regional Centre is equipped with facilities for instructional interaction through Teleconferencing using Gyan Darshan and EDUSAT channel. It also arranges phone-in-radio counseling programmes on 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month between 4pm to 5pm through AIR Station, Aizawl. The Regional Centre organizes and conducted Seminar/Workshop/Training programmes on various topics cautiously selected to meet specific demand of the region. These kind of programmes are also utilized for disseminating various information regarding the programmes, activities and operation of the University. Study Centre are the outlet where the students are provided with an opportunities for having a face to face interaction with the Academic Counselors as well as fellow learners. This is facilitated through a schedule for counseling session. Students also get facilities for gaining hands on experience and doing practicals at Study Centre. Reference Libraries, with essential limited collections, also function at Study Centre. The Study Centre, by and large, functions also as Examination Centre.
